suhnuisia kuvia hauskuuksista / very blurry pictures of fun things
We do not have a real halloween tradition here, and since our calendar has the "all hallows´day" later than the halloween eve at other places, the costume partying went on all week this year. Two of my kids go to school in english-language class ( i never had english at school, so don´t worry, they do really learn the language well and propelry), and part of the language study is also to learn to know the cultural things (aspects) of english speaking countrys. Kids have welcomed halloween with open hearts. I guess i am slowly started to like this new to me holiday.
I must say, i do like the february carnival season of middle europe even more than halloween. This is something i´m learning from the child who goes to german language school.
I think there is no any kind of a costume party in finnish tradition. Can´t think of any. But, costumes are fun! Yes, thank you, costume partys!
All blurry costumes from previous years. I cannot sew yet much anything.
